To create a reference for a claim, follow these steps:
Highlight the text corresponding to the claim in your tome. Highlighting text should surface the text formatting bar.
In the text formatting bar, click the "Reference" button.
Tome will search the web for a relevant resource and offer for you to either open the link to the source or to add the source. Tome encourages you to validate the resource.
Adding the source will create a superscripted number at the end of the originally highlighted sentence. This number can be hovered over to surface a link to the underlying source.
