After several years of building Tome Slides alongside you, we're sunsetting the product to move in a different direction as a company. We tried our best to improve the product and turn Tome Slides into a business, but we weren't able to find a way to make it work. Read on to understand key details about what will happen as Tome Slides sunsets.

What should I do before Tome Slides sunsets?

If you have important work you need to preserve from Tome Slides we recommend migrating that work off of Tome before April 30, 2025. After April 30th, users will not be able to sign in or access any Tome content.

What happens if I currently have a Tome Pro subscription?

All active subscriptions will be cancelled by March 31st with refunds issued for the remaining time on the subscription. If you would like to have your subscription cancelled and refunded sooner please contact us at [email protected].

Will there be any changes to Tome Slides functionality prior to the sunset?

While Tome Slides will remain fully available until April 30th, we will be pausing the ability for users to do the following:

  1. Upgrade to Tome Pro.

  2. The ability for new users to sign up for an account.

If you have extenuating circumstances that require you to perform either of these actions please contact us at [email protected].

How can I export my content?

You can export your content using Tome's Export to PDF feature. If you do not have access to the Export as PDF feature reach out to us at [email protected] for help.

What happens to my data after April 30th?

All user data, including Tome Slides files, will be deleted after April 30, 2025.

How can I get support while transitioning off of Tome Slides?

If you have any questions you can contact our team at [email protected]. We'll do our best to respond as soon as we can.
