At Tome we recognize expression isn't just about the words on the screen, it's also about the feeling you get when you look at a work in its entirety. With that in mind, Tome has a few ways you can personalize and customize your Tome workspace. Whether you're a salesperson looking to stay on brand or an artist trying to stick to your own style, Tome offers ways for you to put your own visual touch on the work you do.

Edit your workspace name

Your Workspace name in Tome will be reflected in the URL and the left side Workspace tab of the Tome homepage. We recommend choosing a Workspace name that reflects your brand and suits your audience.

To update your workspace name, click your name in the top left corner, click "Settings", then click your Workspace name. After typing your new Workspace name, review the updated URL and click "Update" to confirm your changes.

Upload a logo to display in all Tomes

Do you have a company logo or personal brand icon you want to feature in your Tome presentations? Then you'll want to use Tome's workspace logo feature. To add a workspace logo, navigate to the Settings page and click the Brand tab on the left side panel. You can upload different logos for Dark and Light presentation backgrounds.

Your logo will appear on the upper left-hand corner of your tome when in play mode. You can choose to Hide or View the logo in play mode by clicking the "..." in the top right corner and selecting Show Logo or Hide Logo.

Note: it's not yet possible to adjust the size of the logo in play mode. To include a larger logo, we recommend uploading an image using the 'Add media' tile on the right side panel.

Use your preferred fonts in Tome

To upload a custom font, navigate to the Settings page and click the Brand tab on the left side panel. Click the large + Plus sign above "Add font". Tome currently supports .ttf and .otf files from a single font family. Read more about custom fonts here.

Choose a Default theme for your tome presentations

At the top of the Brand settings you can adjust your default theme. All new tomes you create will match the default theme. You can even use custom themes you've made in the theming menu as the default them! Find more detailed Theming options here.
