Learn how to set your User Interface (UI) language and access your billing settings.

Do you want to...

  • Set the language for the user interface in Tome?

  • Find where to manage and invite teammates?

Then you want to access your account settings!

How do I find my account and workspace settings?

To open your account settings menu, go to tome.app while signed in. This will take you to the workspace page.

From here, click on your name at the top left corner and then Settings to open the account settings menu.

In this account settings menu, you'll see the following five tabs:

  • Your name - this allows you to set your name for the account and set your preferred UI language!

And then underneath the "Team" section:

  • Your workspace - this is the first tab under "Team" and the value will actually correspond to the name you give to your workspace. Here you can change the name of your workspace and grab the link to your workspace.

  • Members - in this tab you can invite teammates to join your workspace and manage their workspace roles here.

  • Brand - personalize your tomes through this tab by selecting a default theme, uploading custom fonts or adding a logo to appear in all tomes!

  • My plan - access your billing settings here, such as seeing past invoices, updating payment information or even changing between an annual or monthly subscription.

The Billing Page (also known as, the "My plan" tab)

The Billing Page allows you to manage the payment details of your subscription and access past invoices. Use this section to:

  • set an email to receive invoices

  • edit your payment information, such as your billing address

  • browse past invoices from Tome

  • change to a monthly or annual subscription
